Welcome to Culture Wireless Group, INC. (“Culture Wireless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our wireless and internet services. By activating or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
1.1 No Guarantee of Service – All services (wireless and internet) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Coverage, speed, and quality may vary based on network conditions, location, device compatibility, or other factors.
1.2 No Ownership of Phone Number or IP Address – We assign phone numbers and internet IP addresses for your use; however, they remain the property of Culture Wireless or our underlying partners and may be reassigned after account deactivation.
1.3 Use of Service – Services are intended for personal or business use only. Unauthorized resale, automated dialing, excessive usage, unauthorized tethering, hosting servers, or any abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination.
1.4 Data Speeds & Deprioritization – Wireless customers may experience reduced speeds after reaching a usage threshold. Business and residential internet services may experience reduced speeds during network congestion.
2.1 Activation Requirement – SIM cards, eSIMs, routers, and other equipment must be activated within the specified period after purchase. Delayed activation may result in forfeiture.
2.2 Device and Equipment Compatibility – Only unlocked, compatible devices and approved routers may be used. We are not responsible for issues caused by incompatible or improperly configured equipment.
2.3 Porting Numbers – Number transfers ("porting") require correct account information. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors made by prior carriers.
3.1 Prepaid Service – All services are prepaid and require payment in advance. No refunds or credits are provided for unused services.
3.2 Auto-Renewal – If enrolled in auto-renewal, your payment method will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
3.3 Taxes & Fees – Applicable taxes, regulatory fees, and surcharges may apply based on service location.
3.4 Non-Payment & Account Suspension – Failure to pay may result in service suspension, deactivation, or loss of your assigned phone number or IP address.
4.1 No Guarantee of Continuous Service – We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability and performance are subject to many factors outside our control.
4.2 Wireless Data Speeds & Throttling – Wireless high-speed data may be throttled after your plan's high-speed limit is reached, potentially affecting activities like video streaming, gaming, and large downloads.
4.3 Network Deprioritization – Wireless customers may experience slower speeds during peak congestion compared to customers of the underlying carrier.
4.4 Fair Use Policy – Unreasonable, excessive, or abusive usage of internet or wireless services may result in reduced speeds, additional charges, or service suspension.
4.5 Hotspot Usage – Mobile hotspot/tethering is available on select wireless plans and may be subject to separate speed or usage limits.
4.6 Streaming Optimization – Wireless streaming services may be optimized to lower resolution (e.g., 480p) unless otherwise stated in your plan.
4.7 Prohibited Data Activities – Activities such as continuous server hosting, automated scraping, heavy peer-to-peer usage, or disrupting network integrity are prohibited.
5.1 Router Purchase Requirement – Business wireless customers are required to purchase a router with their internet plan. For residential and business fiber customers, a router is provided at no additional cost.
5.2 Equipment Warranty – Purchased equipment may include a limited warranty as described at the time of sale. Equipment misuse or damage is not covered.
6.1 Voluntary Cancellation – Customers may cancel services at any time. However, prepaid fees are non-refundable.
6.2 Termination by Culture Wireless – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.
6.3 Port-Out Requests – Number port-out requests are allowed for active accounts in good standing. Culture Wireless is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7.1 Binding Arbitration – Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration and not through court proceedings. Customers waive rights to a jury trial or class-action participation.
7.2 Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, subject to applicable federal and state regulations.
8.1 Collection of Information – We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Sharing of Information – Customer data may be shared with third parties as necessary for service delivery, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or when required by law.
9.1 No Warranty – We disclaim all warranties related to service quality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 Liability Cap – Culture Wireless’ total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for service in the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.1 Changes to Terms – We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
10.2 Notification of Changes – Updates will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
